This year’s Halloween was mine and my son’s first celebration of it here in the land of Uncle Sam not to mention, the little one’s first trick or treatin’ ever. And that is because, we don’t celebrate it in my home country like the way they celebrate it here. Though there are some of my countrymen who really make it a point to celebrate, but it’s not that biggy compared here where almost every kid in a household really go trick or treatin’.

I made sure the little one will enjoy his first. I bought him his “Prince of Persia” costume and we went trick or treatin’ in a neighborhood near here. We were actually invited by our good friend, Carol to go trick or treatin’ with them and off we went. It was a chilly night, but it didn’t stop the little one from enjoying. He certainly had a blast!

Not the movie, but my son’s Halloween costume. Yep, since he is my prince, I’ve decided that his costume is that of a prince too. He initially wanted the Beyblade costume, but after showing him the Prince of Persia costume, he immediately liked it and agreed with me. I ordered it online together with mine and the husband’s costumes. This will be mine and my son’s first celebration of Halloween here, and we’re going to go trick or treatin’ for sure.

The costume didn’t came with swords and stuff, so we bought him a sword, a shield and the one that they wear on their head (don’t know what it’s called). He has been playing with his prince accessories since we bought it. He is so happy to be a prince.
